Imagine my delight at finding these created by the folks over at What's Buzzin? Made using vintage postcards, I think these are fabulous. Those interested may purchase them here.

Let's not forget our sea critters!The following are not tropical or beachy, but I found them at the Library of Congress and thought they were so funny. They are from 1906, over a hundred years ago and were done by Louis Wain and published in Leslie's Weekly for Christmas.

I love this post. How fun are these post cards? The flamingo one is my favorite. I will have to go and check out the site. I have my Christmas cards, but these would be fun to decorate with. Just so festive.

Those are so... well, beachy! Fun, too! I adore all the horsey Christmas cards I get from my horsey friends. I've thought about sending them, but I always end up with the traditional. He is the reason for the season!
They're awesome! I don't know what it is about them..., is it the nostalgia, the artsy-ness..., the coloration?
